An Advertising Method, Which Eliminates Plastic Bags

Translucent Advertising, a newly created advertising company dedicated to conserving the environment, has devised an innovative and eco-friendly advertising solution which will greatly reduce the need for plastic bags. The goal is to provide advertisers’ with an ecological solution that will benefit their exposure on a daily basis. Translucent Advertising will provide 100% compostable t-shirt bags, known as “BAG-ADS”. Bag-Ads will be distributed to all brick and mortar locations (i.e., retail, grocery stores, gas stations, etc) within select networks at no cost for daily usage by store customers. Bag-Ads will contain prime advertising space which will be available for companies seeking to maximize their brand exposure in specific markets.

According to Translucent Advertising’s CEO Camilo Ferro, “Bag-Ads present potential advertisers with a rare win-win opportunity to be both business savvy and eco-friendly in today’s environmentally conscious society. Not only do Bag-Ads make plastic bags obsolete, they also serve as mobile billboards for company advertisers who wish to market their product or service on a local level with daily impressions.”

Made using only naturally compostable materials, Bag-Ads are 100% compostable which will decompose in a controlled composting environment in 10-45 days, leaving no harmful residues behind. Certified by the Biodegradable Products Institute to meet the ASTM D6400 specification, Bag-Ads are GMO free and do not contain polyethylene. Bag-Ads vary in size according to the needs of each individual brick and mortar location.

Brick and mortar locations which are in agreement with Translucent Advertising receive Bag-Ads at no cost, immediately saving the stores money and removing the need to use plastic bags. Advertisers are guaranteed daily impressions with Bag-Ads. As a result of the increased exposure, companies are given the opportunity to increase their profits.

Continually working towards a greener future, Translucent Advertising is determined to do its part to save the environment through “Going Green with Bag-Ads.”
